IntelliBuilder is a sophisticated visual editor that presents survey questions using a Graphical User Interface (GUI). Fully integrated into the IntelliSurvey portal, it seamlessly connects with our survey programming code, field management, and reporting modules. Clients can use IntelliBuilder to build surveys from scratch, utilize templates, or collaborate on iterations. When employed for iterations, IntelliBuilder reduces the time from test link delivery to soft launch by approximately 40%.
The process begins like any typical project: You provide your questionnaire, and we handle the backend programming. At this stage, you receive access to the traditional test link and IntelliBuilder for collaborative iterations.
The IntelliBuilder interface displays the survey in a clear, easy-to-read format. Its drag-and-drop interface empowers generalists to collaborate seamlessly in real-time with our programming team. You can then make minor edits and/or add comments for our team, simplifying the survey iteration process.
In IntelliBuilder, users can edit text inline, just like a Word document. These direct edits eliminate the need for back-and-forth emails to correct typos or reformulate wording. Additionally, you can add or remove answer options to questions instantly.

Changes are applied immediately and can be tracked thanks to our version comparison feature, which allows for review. IntelliBuilder also automatically generates a Word document of the survey for record-keeping or sharing with users who don’t have access to the portal.
IntelliBuilder supports concurrent editing, allowing you and your colleagues to view, edit, or comment on the questionnaire, even while programming is still happening in the background. The built-in version control prevents users from editing the same question at the same time and tracks all changes. It also allows you to easily revert back to a previous version if needed.

When you do need help, our team is here to assist. IntelliBuilder’s real-time commenting system facilitates seamless communication within the platform, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails. Inline comments notify our team and let you monitor the resolution status, ensuring any complex edits are addressed promptly.
IntelliBuilder reflects changes immediately, allowing content, logic, and visual review to be completed simultaneously. The commenting feature is also embedded in our advanced link testing, enabling instant and detailed error reporting for swift resolution by our programmers.
