Improved Survey Communication With IntelliBuilder: Comment Center Overview
This post is part of a series introducing IntelliBuilder, our drag-and-drop survey editor. Below, we’ll cover the comment center where you can communicate with programmers and colleagues in real-time during the building and testing phases. For more detailed information, please contact us.
IntelliBuilder, our powerful drag-and-drop survey editor, allows generalists and programmers to communicate seamlessly with each other without leaving the platform.
Welcome to the Comment Center
IntelliBuilder centralizes all communication within the platform, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails. This allows all users to share feedback and always have access to the status to see if their comments have been resolved.
In-Line Commenting
As you are building or editing your survey, IntelliBuilder’s commenting feature allows you to leave notes for programmers or communicate with other team members as you go. When you leave an in-line comment, the question number, timestamp, and username are automatically recorded, making it easy for the recipient to know the precise issue that needs their attention.
If additional information is needed, users can reply to comment threads to answer questions, share information, or request further details. IntelliBuilder automatically tracks these conversation threads, and you can even export the comment history to Excel if you’d prefer to search the comments that way.
Easily Track the Status of Edit Requests
You can view the comment log at any time to track the resolution status or set up an email notification to let you know when your request has been resolved. You can also filter comments by status to see which have been addressed and which are still outstanding.
Next Steps
Once your comments have been resolved, you’re ready to move on to testing. Though not covered in this series, you can find more information about testing in our Help Center. In the meantime, you can learn more information about IntelliBuilder using the links below:
