Building a survey has never been easier. With IntelliBuilder’s drag-and-drop interface, you can easily create, edit, preview, and test your survey - no coding knowledge required.
There are two ways people typically work with IntelliBuilder. First is a Do-It-Together model, where we program your initial survey and then work collaboratively to make edits together. The second, which we’ll focus on here, is the Do-It-Yourself option, where you can build a survey from scratch without ever touching the source code (unless you want to).
IntelliBuilder has an intuitive interface that allows you to build surveys easily, regardless of technical ability.
Once you are in the editor, you can simply click the “Add Question” button and select the question type. In addition to standard questions like single select, multiple select, ranks, and tables, you can also add structural elements like lists, quotas, hidden variables, and more.
After selecting your question type, you will write your question text and answer options. You can add properties like randomizing the options or adding a termination point, as well as individual option attributes from the same screen.
Questions and their properties can be adjusted at any time as you build your survey. You can edit questions in line like a Word document or return to the full definition screen for bigger changes. If you’d like to change the question order, simply drag and drop it where you prefer. The question ID will remain the same for easy tracking.
Projects built in IntelliBuilder are automatically connected to the rest of the IntelliSurvey suite of tools, including field management (e.g. quotas) and reporting (e.g. crosstabs).
