This post is part of a series introducing IntelliBuilder, our drag-and-drop survey editor. Below, we’ll provide an overview of survey templates. For more detailed information, please contact us.
Survey templates allow you to reuse content from past questionnaires to populate your current survey. By leveraging pre-existing resources, you can save significant time building your survey in IntelliBuilder.
With IntelliBuilder, you can add any or all of the questions from a template by clicking the Add From Template button.
This will open a table that displays all of the available survey templates. Once you select your template, all of that survey’s content will be shown, with all questions selected by default. You can deselect specific questions or entire chapters to ensure only the questions you want are added to your survey.
In addition to adding questions from a template, you can also bring in sheets, images and other files, translations, data cuts, and more. Deliverables, such as frequency reports, crosstabs, export files, and digests, can also be reproduced from the original template.
Once you’ve added the questions you need from a template, you’re ready to finish editing your survey and move on to testing. Although testing is not covered in this series, you can find more information in our Help Center. In the meantime, feel free to browse more information about IntelliBuilder:
